Special Thanks

Special thanks to Dell Tech Support. My computer had an issue and was out of commission for almost a week. I called Dell Tech Support, and the guy, with a great Indian accent, patiently walked me through several tests, and the last thing we tried was the solution! FYI, apparently it's good to 'destatic' your computer once in a while. I won't pretend to walk you through it, look it up somewhere by someone who knows something. But, it worked and now my computer is back in working order!
