Last night we had dinner with a fabulous couple and our friend Catherine. Lots of encouragement and getting to know one another better. The husband, Peter, will be a visiting scholar at U. Chicago - Urbana/Champaign, and his wife, Jessica, and daughter, Emily will accompany him. They're a little pressed for time to get their visa's. Something you can pray for. And if you know anyone in the area, or of good churches that they can attend, let me know. They'll arrive in August.
The result for the scholarship is supposed to come in today. I'm going to call the office ar
ound 9am. We'll see if it's moved back yet again...... :P
Other than that, the weather in Wuhan has been quite unusual. By mid-May we are usually sweating through our t-shirts two or three times a day. But we're still hovering around the 70s this week. Yay for a lingering Spring!
