Emily roasted a chicken for dinner tonight. First time for us to get a chicken with head and feet attached. It was a helpful reminder that we often 'sanitize' things in the States. When you buy chickens in the market they come with heads and feet attached. Only...not in America. So, by way of reminder how the rest of the world does things:
